At Vachunie, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items, starting from the date you receive your order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
    • Any items that have been used, altered, or damaged (including items with missing parts or packaging) may not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Non-returnable Items:

    • Gift cards.
    • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In certain cases, we may issue a partial refund, such as when the product is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to assist you with exchanges for a different size, color, or product. The return process is the same as outlined above, and you will need to place a new order for the replacement product. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Proof of Damage:

6. Canceling an Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item has been received and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
